Was ist ein Kilterboard?

Ein Kilterboard ist eine interaktive Kletterwand mit LEDs , deren Neigungswinkel stufenlos verstellbar ist. Leuchtende Griffe zeigen die Routen an, es gibt viele unterschiedliche Layouts und Größen. Über die App wählen Sie aus unzähligen Bouldern, mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden oder erstellen Ihre eigenen. So lässt sich gezielt trainieren und es stehen immer neue Routen zur Auswahl.

Wie kann man das Kilterboard bedienen?

Mit der Kilterboard-App suchen Sie sich passende Boulder, die Ihrem Niveau entsprechen. Wählen Sie aus unzähligen vorgefertigten Routen oder erstellen Sie eigene Trainingsrouten. Das Board lässt sich stufenlos anpassen, von leicht geneigt bis stark überhängend (0° bis 70°).

Wie hoch muss das Kickboard über der Matte sein?

Wir empfehlen, dass das Kickboard mindestens 60cm hoch ist (über die Matte ragt), so dass man auch bei 70° Neigungswinkel noch Platz zum Moven hat. Bei limitierter Raumhöhe können wir die Höhe des Kickboards und die Randabstände etwas anpassen.

Kilterboards come in a wide variety of sizes: from 7×10 ft (214x305cm) to 16×12 ft (488x366cm).
The angle of inclination of the climbing wall ranges from 0° to 70°.
The surface and coating can be smooth or sandblasted.
We supply suitable mats that comply with EN12572-2:2017.
The thickness of our boards is 300 mm with electric adjustment and 181 mm with a manual rope winch. The manual rope winch is suitable for boards up to 8×12 ft (244x366cm); for larger boards, we recommend electric adjustment.

How high above the mat should the kickboard be?

We recommend that the kickboard be at least 60 cm high (protruding above the mat) so that you still have room to move even at a 70° angle of inclination. If space is limited, we can adjust the height of the kickboard and the edge distances slightly.
